Situated in the Waimes, this is a luxurious 7-bedroom mansion for bringing together a large family of 22 people. The mansion has a furnished garden to lie down in the fresh air and a sauna to unwind.
The town centre with supermarkets and restaurants lies at 1 km, at a walking distance of wandering through the streets in the evenings and exploring it locally. There is a lake at 10 km for a pleasant day out and watching spectacular sunsets. You can indulge yourself in the heritage of Spa and Liege, both replete with culture, heritage and Belgian charm.
The pleasant lounge is perfect to spend the evening together and enjoy some wine. For leisure, you can play billiards or table football. You can explore the area together on the 20 bicycles provided. A cot and a high chair are provided for free on request. You can bring a pet here. Parking is available.
There is now a charging station for electric vehicles.

Nice holiday home for a large group
Prima huis, mooie locatie!
Beautiful, large house with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and many play options such as trampoline, slide, dart, pool and football table. In short, had a nice stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful holiday home in the Ardennes! With a group of 20 friends we enjoyed a wonderful walking weekend and this location was the perfect base. The house is spacious, modern and yet cozy. The bedrooms were comfortable and the common areas offered enough space for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking for a large group very easy. The large dining table was ideal for eating together and enjoying a game or a good conversation after the walks. The location is really great! In the middle of nature and surrounded by hiking trails. Every day we could start our walks directly from the house, which was very convenient. After a day in the fresh air we could relax in the sauna and enjoy the view from the terrace. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and gave us good tips about the area. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail and clean on arrival. In short, this holiday home is highly recommended for large groups who love nature, comfort and coziness. We will definitely come back!
