The nearest restaurants are 4 km while supermarkets are 8 km from the holiday home. You can visit the famous town of Caprese Michelangelo, named after the famous artist Michelangelo, 10 km away. Sansepolcro, the lovely stone city is 15 km away and worth a visit.
The holiday home is decorated in the charming Tuscan style, making use of traditional local furnishings and textiles. There is a double sofa bed in the living room beside the double bed in the bedroom. In the evenings, you can linger at the terrace and enjoy a delicious snack, a glass of wine, or sip a good coffee. You have extensive shared gardens to make the stay pleasant. A children's bed and a high chair can be requested for free. You can park your car adjacent to the facility, on private dirt driveaway, not covered.

Note: You will receive a whatsapp message from the host in the days before the check-in with all the details to reach us and with which you will be asked to send photos of the identity documents (ID card or passport) of each guest and the communication of the arrival time so that we can organise to deliver the keys in person or arrange a remote check-in. There is no air conditioning, while heating is charged and will be provided from October onwards depending on the outside temperature. We have recycling bins in the car park area, plastic, paper and undifferentiated waste for throwing waste.

Nice quiet apartment that we already knew. Good kitchen and a wood stove. It was necessary, the weather was not good and it was cold in September. No telephone coverage in the house. Wi-Fi though
Arrival was fine, we have been received by Silvia. We arrived earlier than usual but were already allowed in! The accommodation is fine, but could use an upgrade such as: a mosquito net, decent couch, usable pans and bath / kitchen linen are in stock. The area is fantastic! Swimming pool is great, (keep in mind that it is not next to the accommodation but that you have to walk a 100 meters up.) The insects are also present in large numbers. Be prepared for stinging various insects!

Beautiful surroundings .. immediately an Italian holiday feeling
Very friendly welcome in this holiday home. We were quickly informed about what we could find true in the neighborhood. That was necessary since the apartment was in a very quiet (somewhat remote location). Because shops were 10 to 15 minutes away we did not suffer from that, on the contrary. How quiet can it be anywhere.
Beautiful surroundings, beautiful location, attractive and fully equipped.
