Everything was as described. However, we were particularly impressed by the vacation apartment. We cannot remember ever having enjoyed our holidays in such a well-equipped and spacious apartment. So simply great and thanks to the landlord.

Beautiful house and surroundings, well taken care of by the owner's son, everything was more than necessary.

Good and tidy apartment.

Nice apartment, very well equipped. Even a washing machine, very nice. Good space, although it looks larger in the photos. In the photos, there is a garden with play equipment, this is a public playground that does not belong to the apartment. The only outdoor space is the balcony, where you don't quite stay dry if it rains, especially not with three people. The surroundings are nice if you enjoy walking or cycling, other activities are further away.

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of the village. Everything was available in the house, we didn't miss anything. It is also a very beautiful and peaceful area. For groceries, you didn't have to drive far, as you could find them in the village itself. If you really wanted to visit something, you had to drive a bit further, but usually within an hour.

Location: ideal if you want to explore Sauerland. ~40min driving on meandering roads through cozy, small villages and towns in every direction in order to reach caves, various trails/lakes/mountain rivers/ravines, parks with wild animals or skiing in Winterberg. As soon as you step out of the house, you can start hiking by choosing different trails as for example a Hedgehog trail 😊 Nice and affordable restaurants, various shops are just within 5min walking distance. Accommodation: you will immediately feel at home and taken care of! Everything is provided – you can even bake cakes if you want :D No need to hand wash clothes or dishes – there are appliances for that. A big bathroom with a separate shower, a bathtub and even a bidet! Towels are provided. A peaceful place with a terrace and a view to the forest. Pets are allowed, which is important to us. It’s a very clean and well-organized apartment, esp. for a stay with the family. Apart from very comfortable armchairs, you can use DVD+CD players, even different table games are at hand. A sense of privacy since you have your own entrance+free parking. Owners are very friendly and flexible. We’ve been there twice and definitely coming back again.

Stayed for two weeks in this beautiful apartment with spacious balcony, the area is also very nice with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, we made beautiful walks, in short, a very successful holiday.

We found it a cozy and well-kept apartment, with a complete interior. Friendly and hospitable owners. There is a nice balcony with a view. We liked it very much. Furthermore, a beautiful location with many hiking opportunities directly from the cottage. The center of Eslohe is also within (short) walking distance and we found it cozy (the brewery is recommended for a bite to eat). With the guest card, a number of attractions in the area can be visited for free, including the Maschinen- und Heimatmuseum in Eslohe, which we really liked.

The arrival was goed.De accommodation was very good everything was available what you normally have in the house really top.De area was nice and quiet close to the forest.

Beautiful house on the first floor of a (new) half-timbered house in a residential area. Living room and kitchen are very spacious and fully equipped. Bathroom has separate shower and bath and washing machine. Master bedroom is large, children's bedroom is small, but there is more than enough closet space in the main bedroom. There is quite a large north facing roof terrace which was particularly pleasant during the heat wave. The owner lives under the house and was very friendly at the reception. Supermarket and other shops, Brauhaus and an Italian restaurant are all within walking distance. There is a tourist office that has a lot of information and walking routes of the area. The park in the center of the village (with mini golf) is great fun, especially for younger children. There is much to do in the area. In very warm weather, the Esmecke Stausee is a must. Not in brochures, but has a beautiful sunbathing area and swimming area, and a small cafe with toilet.

Had indicated by telephone what time we would arrive and we were well received by the hostess. Had to look carefully where the accommodation was because of the course of the road. The accommodation more than met our expectations. The accommodation was in a quiet area and in accordance with our expectations.

We are kindly received. The house is fully equipped. The balcony on the North is ideal and in sunny weather, always shaded. Eslohe center is within walking distance, restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities. You walk directly from the house beautiful nature in. Really a must for walkers and for us again a successful holiday.

We have enjoyed a fantastic holiday in Eslohe. Nice holiday home, fully equipped. Various restaurants and shops (including a supermarket that is open from Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.) within walking distance, which is convenient. Beautiful surroundings, walks possible from the house.

Schmallenberg, Olpe etc. Coal mine and caves are worth a visit. Shops for groceries are within walking distance Worth repeating !!!
