The ground floor includes a bedroom with an independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, and all necessary cookware, alongside a cozy living area. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, with two additional bedrooms on the second floor.
