The paredão allows you to walk from Cascais to Estoril, where you can visit the Casino or the Feira do Artesanato (behind the Casino), where they offer typical portuguese handicraft and a variety of restaurants serving traditional food. To visit Lisbon you can take the train, which takes you to directly to the center of Lisbon. 2799 hours of sunlight per year make Lisbon the third sunniest European city after Valetta (Malta) and Marseille (France). 285 years old is the oldest bookshop in the world.
