Location: Our cosy and lovingly furnished holiday flat is centrally located between Marburg and Giessen in the sunny village of Ebsdorfergrund. Marburg with its old town, the beautiful castle and the Elisabeth Church can be easily reached in just 15 minutes. You can also reach the Lahnberge with the University Hospital UKGM in 15 minutes. The botanical garden of the Philipps University of Marburg is in the immediate vicinity. You can also reach the pharmaceutical companies Biontech, GSK Vaccines, CSL Behring and Siemens in just 20 minutes. You can also reach the centre of the university town of Giessen in just 20 minutes via the B3 junction, which is only 5 km away. The famous cathedral city of Wetzlar can be reached within 30 minutes. Frankfurt Airport is only 90 km away and can be reached in approx. 50 minutes. Surroundings: Shopping facilities, such as a discounter and beverage market can be found directly in the village. Various eateries (Italian, Turkish but also good bourgeois can be reached in just a few minutes' drive) Furthermore, there is a hairdresser in the village. There is also a doctor's surgery in the village. Two pharmacies are only a few minutes' drive away. The "Lange Hessen" cycle path is only 500 metres away. The "Lahntal-Radweg" can be easily reached by bike in just 15 minutes and offers you individual cycle paths in the surrounding area. We are happy to give you tips for your leisure activities. Facilities Our completely new and lovingly furnished holiday flat is designed for 2 people and offers you a total of 40 square metres of living space, separate entrance, stepless access, own parking space, combined living/dining/bedroom, double bed 180 x 200 cm, modern daylight bathroom with floor-level rain shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer microwave, as well as coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Underfloor heating, private WLAN, 46-inch flat-screen TV, private terrace, seasonal with seating and own barbecue, lockable storage for your bicycles. A linen package (bed linen, towels for 2 persons) is already included. A 3rd sleeping possibility (e.g. child) would be possible if required via the comfortable sofa bed. At Badarf you can charge your electric vehicle at our 11kW wallbox against payment of the electricity costs. We would be very pleased to welcome you soon as guests in our holiday flat. Our flat is designed as a non-smoking flat. A covered smoking area is of course available. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Our flat is furnished as we would like to find it. Hospitality and service go without saying.
