Modern and comfortably furnished semi-detached house on its own small, fenced-in property directly on the B111 federal road in Bannemin, a district of Mölschow. It is only a few minutes by car or bicycle to the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, to Trassenheide or to Zinnowitz. Your four-legged friends are also welcome and will be happy about the fenced property.
The charming Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is just a few kilometers away in the north of the sunny island of Usedom and is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts alongside the 3 imperial resorts. The long beach extends into Poland and is ideal for long walks on the beach. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses were built here in the well-known spa architecture, which together with the spacious promenade create a beautiful picture and invite you to take a stroll in the evening

Activities nearby: The 315 m long pier on the beach at Zinnowitz is ideal for strolling, but also serves as a pier for pleasure boats. At the end of the bridge there is a tourist highlight: the diving bell. Experience the Baltic Sea from a different angle! The diving trip is an exciting thing for old and young. If the sun stays away, simply visit the Bernstein Therme with its 850 square meter seawater swimming area.
Note: The property is on the B111, noise from the street is to be expected. All bedding is to be brought along.

Al met al een solide keuze voor een vakantieverhuur, Het had de basisvoorzieningen en was gunstig gelegen nabij het strand en lokale attracties, We zouden zeker overwegen om terug te komen

Dit vakantiehuis overtrof onze verwachtingen! Het interieur was smaakvol ingericht en we hielden van de gezellige woonkamer, Het nabijgelegen pretpark was een hit bij de kinderen!
We had a wonderful time at the Ferienhaus on Usedom! The house was modern and cozy, with plenty of space for our family, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals after a day at the beach, We loved the fenced yard, which was perfect for our dog to run around, The location was convenient, just a short drive to Zinnowitz and Trassenheide, Make sure to check out the diving bell at the pier—such a unique experience! Can't wait to return
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison de vacances ! Le jardin clôturé était parfait pour notre chien, et la plage n'était qu'à quelques minutes en voiture, La cuisine était bien équipée, ce qui facilitait la préparation des repas après une journée d'exploration
