The house is located about 2 km from the center of Francavilla di Sicilia (330 m above sea level). The location is quiet but not isolated, surrounded by about one hectare of land, fruit trees and a beautiful landscape. The place is easily reachable: from the Giardini Naxos exit in 20 minutes; from Catania airport in 60 minutes. Nearby it is possible to visit the Gorges and the Gurne of the Alcantara river, Taormina and Mount Etna.

We had a great week at casa mamma Maria in Francavilla de Sicilia. The hosts are a very kind family. They were there when we arrived. We got wine, cheese, ham and tomatoes etc as a welcome gift. The pool was cleaned almost everyday and the house has everything you want in a vacation. And the surrounding is marvelous.
A wonderful house and very magical and lovely owners!
