Small holiday home in a quiet residential area with fenced communal garden and private terrace. You can reach the beach in 10 minutes by car. Relax on the deckchairs available in the garden and enjoy the lovely terrace with electric barbecue for your Provençal meals. A parking space is reserved for you on the property.
Cagnes-sur-Mer is located between Cannes and Nice and is a small commune with a picturesque medieval centre and beautiful sandy beaches. There is a bus stop right outside the gate of your holiday home: you can easily reach Nice with bus line 21 and save a paid parking space. In the city, you can get around by tram. A trip to the hinterland should also be planned during your stay, especially to visit Saint-Paul-de-Vence (5 km).

When we arrived, the key had to be searched for 1/2 hour. In the apartment, the toilet seat broke down, the shower wall was broken

Een heerlijke kleine plek! De inrichting voelde warm en uitnodigend, en de elektrische barbecue op het terras was een leuke toevoeging, We hebben onze avonden doorgebracht met grillen en genieten van de rustige sfeer, We zouden zeker terugkomen!
We waardeerden de ruime woonkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken, Het was fijn om een aparte werkplek te hebben, aangezien ik wat werk te doen had, De locatie was rustig, maar we waren toch dicht genoeg bij de lokale bezienswaardigheden
We enjoyed our stay here, The place was clean and well-equipped, The private terrace was a nice touch, and we loved having the BBQ for dinner, Plus, it's only a short drive to Nice and Cannes! Perfect for day trips, Would come back for sure
The holiday home was like a home away from home, It was well-maintained, and the shared garden was a peaceful retreat, We found it easy to access nearby attractions like the Marc Chagall National Museum, which was a highlight of our trip
