The spacious living room, the well-equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms offer excellent comfort for a large family or small group of friends on two living levels. On the 80 sqm terrace surrounding the house, which is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture, you can enjoy a wonderful, unobstructed view of the sea at any time of day. The beautiful beaches of Plouescat (Keremma, Porsmeur) and the white sandy beach of Les Amiets in Cleder are practically the same distance (approx. 4.5 km). An ideal location for your Brittany holiday!
Very close by is the picturesque town of Roscoff with its lively harbor, a spa complex known throughout France and its numerous creperies and fish restaurants. You can take the boat to the offshore island of Batz, where there is, among other things, a lush palm garden. Beyond the Bay of Morlaix is the beautiful Pink Granite Coast, which is definitely worth a trip.

We had a wonderful week here! The holiday home was well-maintained and had an inviting atmosphere, The hosts were very accommodating, and the garden was perfect for the kids to play in,
De vakantiewoning overtrof onze verwachtingen, Het interieur was smaakvol ingericht, en het hebben van een apart toilet was erg handig, De kinderen hielden van het tuingebied, We komen zeker terug!
The house was clean and comfortable, We appreciated having three bathrooms, which made mornings much easier for our group, The nearby town of Botngård had all the facilities we needed, and we enjoyed exploring the area,
We hebben genoten van onze tijd hier, vooral van het mooie terras met uitzicht op de zee. Het was een perfecte plek voor een kopje koffie in de ochtend. De nabijgelegen crêperies in Roscoff waren een heerlijke aanvulling op onze culinaire avonturen.
Het vakantiehuis Adriatic View was een fantastisch uitje! Het appartement was schoon en had een prachtig uitzicht op zee vanaf het terras. Perfect voor onze familievakantie, en we vonden het heerlijk om te koken in de volledig uitgeruste keuken.
Wat een fantastische plek! Op korte loopafstand van het strand en het stadscentrum. Het appartement was ruim en had een goede keuken, waardoor koken gemakkelijk was. Ik zou zeker terugkomen!
