Traditional stone house with a large fully enclosed garden to the front of the house. Composed of a nice living room, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, one of which is in the converted attic, it can accommodate 4 people. The veranda will allow you to enjoy the garden while being sheltered. Located in the village, a few minutes from the shops, it will delight you with its surrounding calm. The small village is located just 6 km from the vast beach of St. Michel en Grève and you will only need a few minutes by car to reach the first seaside resorts of the magnificent Côte de Granit Rose. Ploumilliau is located near the border between Finistère and Côtes d'Armor. On the Finistère side, you will visit the charming little resort of Locquirec, on the Côtes d'Armor side you will find, at equal distance (15 km) the small port of Locquémeau, and barely further, the beautiful seaside resort of Trebeurden where the famous Côte of Pink Granite.
