In the midst of nature, just a few steps from the extensive Baltic Sea beach, you can leave everyday life behind in this holiday and camping park. The rustic country house style of the holiday homes conveys a great ambience as soon as you arrive, in which families with children in particular feel completely at home. On beautiful summer days you can set the breakfast table outside and plan the day with fresh rolls and jam: Should you go straight to the sea without detours, or is there another interesting day trip on the agenda? Or look forward to a wellness day for a change: the holiday park has a large sauna area with a heated indoor pool (for a fee). Of course you can also splash around in the large outdoor pool (for a fee) and have a cocktail mixed at the bar.
In the area there are some shops for daily needs and restaurants as well as a snack bar on the beach. Hohe Düne is a district of Rostock and a state-approved Baltic Sea resort. The place got its name from the dune, which used to be about a kilometer east of the mouth of the Warnow.

Activities nearby: How about a day trip to Prerow, Zingst (60 km) or Kuehlungsborn (50 km)? On the way to Kuehlungsborn we recommend a stop in Bad Doberan. A visit to the local Ozeaneum is a must for your family outing. But there is no boredom in the immediate vicinity of your holiday home either. The Hohe Düne climbing forest, for example, is only a stone's throw away from your holiday home and invites you to swing from tree to tree like Tarzan or climb over rickety bridges like Indian Jones. It should be better conveyed in the ad that it is a campsite and NOT a holiday resort,
It's a great facility and not far from the beach, so it's highly recommended, the houses are great, there's a lot on offer on the complex, including for the little ones, it's also very well located, you can reach many places very easily and quickly, a Checking out was not a problem, you get everything you need there, you just have to make sure that the sunshades that belong to the house are changed from time to time :) and the staff don't just burst into the house, otherwise a wonderfully relaxing one Vacation
Ik ben een beetje geobsedeerd door het buitenzwembad en de bar, Geweldige plek om schattige cocktails te mixen en wat zon te vangen, Ook de klimbos in de buurt is een must voor wat avontuur, Over het geheel genomen is het een chill plek voor gezinnen en vrienden, 10/10 zou weer bezoeken
De vibes bij Ferienpark Markgrafenheide zijn geweldig, Super dicht bij het strand, perfect voor zonsondergangen en relaxte stranddagen, Het binnenzwembad is een hele vibe voor die 'gewoon willen ontspannen' dagen, Bovendien, de rustieke inrichting? Grote esthetiek! Zou zeker aanbevelen voor een gezinsuitje, Even ter info, er zijn wat kosten aan verbonden, maar het is het waard
