Description
This restyled, semi-detached holiday home is located in the expansive Ferienresort Bad Bentheim holiday park. It's not far from the Dutch/German border, 20 km south of Nordhorn.
The holiday home is fully and comfortably furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room featuring a TV with streaming functions. This allows you to stream apps from your tablet or phone to the TV via your own accounts. There is also an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you will find a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms sleeping two or three persons. One has a TV. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, both equipped with underfloor heating. There is also a separate toilet upstairs.
Outside, there is a lovely garden with a terrace and garden furniture, including five sun loungers. A storage room and parking for two cars at the holiday home complete the package.
