The 270-square-metre villa is very well furnished, elegant and comfortable, situated in an enchanting panoramic position, surrounded by olive trees and the typical Tuscan landscape. Thanks to its excellent location, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday, with the advantage of being able to reach the village also on foot. Just 50 metres from the villa is another small villa for 5 persons, with a private pool, which can also be rented. At guests' disposal is a private swimming pool (4x9, "infinity type", open from May to October) situated in an amazing panoramic position with a view over the Val di Chiana and the beautiful church of Santa Maria Nuova. Also available to guests are a barbecue area, parking, laundry and dryer (on request), breakfast, dinner, cooking classes and wine/olive oil tasting. The villa can accommodate up to 8/10 people (possibility of 2 extra beds) and is very well furnished and equipped (air conditioning, satellite TV, wi-fi internet, CD/DVD player, safe). Basement: large living room with fireplace and bathroom with WC. Ground floor: kitchen (very well equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), dining room and two double bedrooms with panoramic views.
