The breathtaking accommodation enjoys a unique location in the historical Maleme on a hill, affording a wonderful view over the landscape. It is near Platanias and Agia Marina and the traditional villages Kolimpari and Tavronis, as well as the exclusive peninsula Rodopou. The generous outdoor area features a heated, private pool with deckchairs, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view over the landscape. Next to it there is a roofed grill area surrounded by lush green lawns, where you will fing further seating. The upper terrace with some roofing and light is quite large and also has a dining table with chairs. It is possible to park on site. The luxurious villa is spread over two floors and can features a generous living space of approximately 200 m². It can accommodate eight guests.
