The House, in the Municipality of Amantea on the Tyrrhenian Sea (Calabria, province of Cosenza) is 23 Km. from the Airport (SUF) of Lamezia Terme and its Railway Station and 4 Km. from the FALERNA exit of the A2 Mediterranean motorway (ex Sa-Rc). The House is very close to the sea and the town and is immersed in the green of a large private garden in the ideal location of a residential area with a beautiful blue sea and equipped lidos The environmental surroundings, with evocative landscapes and ancient villages and castles, are ideal for excursions and for lovers of trekking and walking. The BEDROOMS, EACH WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM, are equipped with comfortable beds with quality linen, pillow menu, towels, hairdryer, bathrobes, Wi-fi and TV. On arrival, guests will find their beds made and the rooms cleaned and sanitised. Bathroom linen is changed mid-week. All rooms have a dehore for private relaxation. The large living room has sofas and armchairs for reading or conversation and overlooks a porch overlooking a beautiful garden. A library and a bow-window with a tea or coffee corner for those who like to read or listen to music complete the house. The porches are equipped with various sofas for relaxing in an atmospheric setting. The kitchen and dining room are equipped with everything you need. The House also has a large on-demand laundry room with washing machines, dryers and ironing facilities. The House's large garden with palm trees, banana trees, bougainvilleas and blue jasmine is fenced off and equipped with chaise-longues. An adjoining porch has a bar area and a BBQ available for Guests. Guests' cars enjoy free internal parking. The House is easily and conveniently accessible. A warm welcome will greet Guests before they are taken on a tour of the House with information about the area and its history, features and attractions, beaches, mountains, ancient villages, castles, museums and characteristic walks.
