The villa is at Cape Kamenjak, the southernmost tip of the peninsula, 300 metres from the centre and 150 metres from the sea. The area is quiet, there is no traffic at all and you have beautiful views to the sea and the islands of Premantura bay. A top location, also because the house is facing south and you have sun all day long. Just listen to the sounds of the waves and the birds. The pool (8 x 4m) in the outdoor area has a sea view on all sides. Enjoy life on the terrace, in the sun on your garden chairs or the loungers, and make yourselves comfortable.
