Newly built (2018) Beachfront Extravagance Villa - Infinity Endless Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, Boat Mooring, Underfloor Heating, Mesmerizing Sunsets Lozisca is a village created out of rocks, and built on the hillside over the valley, with magnificent views over the bay of Bobovisca. Lozisca is slowly becoming the tourist destination itself, but the main industry of the residents is still agriculture. Besides, the village might be tiny, but its historical, and cultural significance can not be denied. The mooring, and the swimming area/beach is just below the house. About 20 meters away, there is also a beach. The town center with the shops, cafes, restaurants is about 800 meters away. The property is gated and fenced. The villa has a heated, endless, infinity pool and an outdoor kitchen, which is fully equipped. There are numerous terraces where you can relax or read. In the garden, we have a baby/toddler corner with a stone carved bath tub for splashing in the sun. Children also have their small playground with a single seesaw, and sand box in the backyard, as well as kid sized table tennis set. The first floor compromises of the following rooms: living room with the fireplace, a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed, two armchairs, and antique accent chairs that add unique architecture and structure, expressive decor and artistry, and magnificent features to our luxury villa. The first floor of the villa has an open concept large living/dining area, and enormous Scavolini kitchen. The kitchen blends the fascination of the past with an elegant contemporary concept with gold decorations. Everything rotates elegantly around the kitchen island, and the supply of cookbooks, and freshest local ingredients might inspire your inner-chef to venture to unknown, and surprise yourself, and your family. The kitchen has the abundance of storage space in the kitchen cabinets, and numerous fridges/freezers so you really do not need to waste your precious vacation time on food supply. We also offer a food stocking service on demand (fee applies). Moreover, the kitchen features fine china, and cutlery, and all the equipment you will ever need including juicer, blender, coffee machine, and much more. Just outside the kitchen, there is a wine cellar with excellent selection of wines and other alcoholic beverages for the reasonable prices. Besides numerous Croatian and international wines, the cellar also features our own home grown organic wine from Brac vineyard. In the dining area, Scavolini dining room table, and the genuine leather chairs can comfortably sit 10-12 persons. Highest quality heated porcelain Italian flooring in the living area compliments perfectly the stone carved fully functional fireplace. The entire villa is also fully air-conditioned, and heated using the most modern systems making it very comfortable for your stay even in the winter months. The living room area of the villa is connected to 2 bedrooms on the first floor. First bedroom is twin bedroom, and ideal for the children or single adults. The second bedroom is rather special as it only features one twin bed, and the beautiful Jacuzzi tub for 2. Just imagine sipping your wine in the Jacuzzi tub while admiring the swimming pool, sea view and the gorgeous sunset! These two bedrooms on the first floor share the full bathroom, and astonishing indoor garden with bougainvillea. This bedroom area stretches to yet another garden/sitting area with the sea view, and connects to the swimming pool area. The second floor of the Sunset Bliss Villa is connected to the first floor with opulent hardwood stairs with wrought iron fence. This wrought iron fence are yet another striking feature of the villa, but its practical function for safety of the guests is very important, too. The elegant stairs lead to 3 additional bedrooms on the upper floors. Upper 3 large bedrooms all have own bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are double bedrooms, and the third bedroom features one double bed and the single bed, and is ideal for families with the small children. Hardwood floors are all made of the superior materials, and all the bedrooms on the second floor have walk-in closets, and satellite TVs. All three bedrooms also have outdoor areas for relaxation and reading with magnificent sea views. Master bedroom has a larger balcony, and the other two have terraces overlooking the bay, and the most gorgeous sunset views you will find anywhere in the world! We also offer free double kayak to all our guests, free WI-FI, small gym. Villa has 2 baby cots, and 2 high chairs for use free of charge. Our kayak is the outstanding tool for touring the local coves of Bobovisca. Just in front of villa are 2 marvelous rock islands. The rock islands are covered in vegetation, and sometimes even flowers are proudly protruding and presenting all its beauty and force, power and spite to grow from stone. Local sea gulls love to rest on these rock islands just before their gather for their next flight. During your kayak tour, in addition to great snorkeling spots, caves and beaches you can explore, it is also fascinating to glimpse at the cows, goats, and sheep gazing on organic vegetation on the edge of the town. These are not your everyday barn animals. These are domesticated wild beasts, capable of feeding themselves purest herbs wherever they go. They are capable of finding the right nutrition among the rocks. They are capable of drinking salty water of the sea. Thus, while visiting Bobovisca na moru and Brac, you should definitely not miss visiting the best genuine and authentic local restaurants, Konobas, and taste these iconic Brac's delicacies, Brac's lamb, and cattle that roams freely, and other mouth watering local gourmet food. The history buffs can visit old Roman (dated about 500 BC) and Byzantine ruins, as well as remains of Illyrian civilization here. Many archaeological objects from still unexamined sites in Bobovisca na moru are now already in Archealogical Musem in Split. These objects are testaments of island Brac's Greek and Roman past. On other hand, Bobovisca's clear sea, ancient stone architecture, and rich historic tradition is inspiring place for numerous artists. At the end of the Bay of Bobovisca you will notice the statue of famous Croatian poet Vladimir Nazor, as well his family home which you can visit. In Lozisca, do not forget to take unforgettable pictures of the tall and elegantly carved Rendic church tower, created in 1889. The church itself is located in the center of the town, and is dedicated to Saint Blaise, the patron saint of Dalmatia. Just below the ancient villages of Bobovisca and Lozisca with a great stone architecture, and bygone churches, and monuments of the old world lies beautiful long green Bay of Bobovisca, Bobovisca na moru. This tiny village with only handful of all year round habitants comes alive during summer with sailing boats, yachts, restaurants, and cafes. Please note that villa can only be reached via the road that has not been surfaced (gravel path of about 1 km). The villa has a steep access road. The villa can also be reached directly with airport boat transfer which we can arrange. This airport boat transfer is a great trip.
