The apartment is quietly situated and has a wonderful view of the Arosa mountains. In good snow conditions, you can ski directly to the house. Bus stop, restaurants, and shopping facilities are only a few minutes away. A parking space in the garage is also available. On arrival the beds are of course made up, also bath and kitchen towels are ready.

The bright 2½ room apartment with its own terrace and covered there seat in an upscale apartment building convinces with its very quiet, secluded location.
