The small and fine 2-room apartment with its own terrace and the covered garden seating area is perfect for couples or small families. The apartment is quietly situated and has a wonderful view of the Arosa mountains. In good snow conditions, you can ski directly to the house. Bus stop, restaurants, and shopping facilities are only a few minutes away. A parking space in the garage is also available. On arrival the beds are of course made up, also bath and kitchen towels are ready.
