Couples, families, small groups and people with disabilities will find a modern, handicapped accessible and barrier-free apartment with a terrace, garden and charcoal grill.
The small town of Filz is halfway between Trier (50 minutes by car), the oldest city in Germany, and Koblenz (40 minutes by car) with its pretty streets and the Deutsches Eck. Here you can do numerous activities: hiking, cycling, visiting historic half-timbered towns and castles or going to an event on the legendary Nürburgring.
The apartment features a large living-dining-kitchen area, the ideal place for everyone to gather on vacation. The fully equipped kitchen also has a dishwasher and microwave as well as salt, pepper, filter bags, sugar etc for an easy start to your holiday. You will also find a basic set of hand and bath towels. The apartment is heated with a highly efficient, environmentally friendly air heat pump in combination with underfloor heating. Each room can be individually controlled via a thermostat. Up to 2 vehicles can park in front of the apartment, there is also unlimited parking on a meadow opposite. Bicycles can be parked in the shed.

Nice view and nice area for walking.
Very nice apartment in a very small village with <100 inhabitants. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The terrace with barbecue and the very beautiful view of course a dream. Due to the great location on the edge of the village, it was very quiet and perfect for relaxation Holiday. With the dog you are immediately on the field and can enjoy various paths and routes with four-legged friends or children immediately. We felt very comfortable and welcome in Filz and will definitely be back. Nearest shops easily accessible by car in 15 minutes. There are no shops in the town itself.

Beautiful, clean and complete cottage. Quietly situated (only 1 car drove by). Good base for villages and hiking trails in the volcanic Eifel. From the cottage you can walk directly on an unpaved path between the fields. Nice for the evening round with our dogs.
