You can explore all this in peace and quiet during a stay with us in the cosy, rurally situated 80 m² holiday flat on the upper floor (somewhat steeper stairs, as Danish standard) of our house, with a wood-burning stove and a view of the fields. The house is situated in the centre of a private property of approx. 4,800 m² surrounded by meadows, bushes and trees. You will receive the keys personally from us on arrival. Our cosy and brightly furnished 80 m² holiday flat for 2 people is located in a beautiful rural setting 5 km from the small village of Fjerritslev with 3,500 inhabitants. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and is located on the upper floor of our property "Skjærnsøde", which was built in 1916 and has been renovated both inside and out in recent years. The holiday flat is divided into a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The individual rooms are tastefully and modernly furnished. All floors are fitted with laminate, the entrance area and the bathroom with tiles. In addition, all rooms are beautifully and brightly painted. Out of respect for all guests, smoking is not permitted in the flat. The 40 m² living room has a cosy, comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a 40" LED colour TV and a DVD player. TV reception is via satellite with German programmes (ASTRA), including free Prime Video. In the living room cupboard you will find utensils for your daily needs and, of course, information brochures to give you a better overview when planning your holiday. For cosy hours, you can of course also use the existing wood-burning stove, which creates an atmospheric ambience. You can buy wood from the Jem & Fix hardware store in Fjerritslev. This room can be heated by this stove. The bedroom is 17 m² in size and is furnished with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and two chests of drawers. This room is heated by the central heating system during the heating period (15 October - 30 April). The fully equipped kitchen has a 4* fridge with freezer compartment, an electric cooker with ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster/bread roaster. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also a dining area. We provide tea towels, a sponge and washing-up liquid including kitchen roll as a starter set. Spices for cooking are also available. This room is also heated by the central heating system. The bathroom is also functional with a bathtub, WC, washbasin and cupboard space. A hairdryer is available. We have provided toilet paper as initial equipment. This room has electric heating. WLAN (secured) is available free of charge in all rooms. The landlord lives on the ground floor with a separate entrance (left side). You can park your car directly on our premises in front of the marked sign. Unless otherwise agreed, the arrival time is 4 pm and the departure time is 10 am at the latest. You can do your shopping in the nearest town of Fjerritslev. Here you will find the Netto, Meny and Super Brugsen discount stores. We are already looking forward to welcoming you as our guest!
