This bright, 51 m2 loft flat in a very quiet location in a house with four residential units is the ideal starting point for your stay in the Ruhr area and is suitable for holidaymakers, business people and, if booked early, also for students who have to spend a semester in another city. The original layout of the flat has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower. The sleeping area has a double bed 1.8 m x 2.0 m with a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The cosy living area is equipped with cable TV and WLAN. The dining area is directly adjacent to the fitted kitchen. Due to the above-mentioned equipment, the flat is also suitable for longer stays. we are regular holiday apartment bookers ourselves and have therefore endeavoured to provide everything in the flat on offer that we have missed in booked holiday apartments.
