From here, you make a quick crossing to the famous Hahnenkamm (1670 metres) or the Pengelstein (1938 metres). At the end of the day, you ski back to your home! Cosy shops, restaurants and après ski bars are within walking distance of the residence.
Summer visitors will also have a great time in this property and region. Along the babbling brook that leads to the "Badesee" runs a beautiful hiking and cycling path.
