Charming lodge with a lovely terrace, perfect for relaxation, The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect getaway

Great spot! Super quiet and peaceful, just what I needed for a weekend getaway, The terrace was perfect for morning coffee

Geweldig huisje met echt alles erop en eraan. Comfortabele bedden. Keuken goed voorzien. Heel fijn dat er ook een wasmachine/droger was. Echt heel goed bevallen. Zeker aan te raden en we komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Stay as in the photos and very clean. When we go to Texel again, we will first check whether this is still available before continuing our search.

Nice 3-bedroom apartment in old farmhouse style. We enjoyed the woodstove in particular and the quietness. Ample parking space and 10 -15 minutes drive by car to the sandy beaches and dunes on the west of Texel. By bicycle app. 10 km to multiple towns. All beds were single, regrettably no double.

Very cosy, all practical matters had been thought of. It is a pity that we could not enjoy the private terrace due to the weather. A must for anyone who wants to get a breath of fresh air in Texel.

Unfortunately the house was not clean on arrival.Verder had a great stay

Nice stay in a quiet area. You only hear and see the sheep and the birds! In Oost you are close to the Wadden Sea and we explored the beautiful island further by bicycle.

Beautifully and expertly modified farmhouse. Tastefully decorated and a thorough interior with appropriate shades. Lovely perfectly maintained villa.

Beautiful, complete and clean house. The lack of storage space in the bathroom is inconvenient.

Cozy furnished house, large living room / kitchen. Met the expectations exactly. On arrival a surprise package on the kitchen table, very nice. The bedrooms were spacious and equipped with good beds. We had a wonderful midweek, nice and quiet, near the beach.

Potentially a nice house in nice surroundings but dusty and maintenance is poor. Could use an update. Bathroom is inefficient with a lack of sufficient storage facilities for 6 people. for 6 people.

Excellent accommodation. Very clean. Everything present and everything worked very well. Just sitting outside was not so pleasant due to the many mosquitoes. Great and peaceful environment.

A beautifully situated cottage. We will definitely come back again! We had to pick up the key at a hotel. 14 min away by car. If you are using public transport, it seems uncomfortable to me but we were with the car so that was fine.

Delightful house, plenty of space

What a lovely retreat! The Peaceful Holiday Home in Texel exceeded all our expectations, The traditional farm-style design, complete with heavy stable doors and charming wooden carvings, really made us feel like we were experiencing authentic Dutch countryside life, The kitchen was a joy to cook in, and we loved having breakfast on the private terrace while watching the geese wander by, Our kids had a blast on the playground right next to us, We also took a short drive to Oosterend, which had such a charming village center, Overall, a perfect family getaway!

Nice stay, clean and comfy, Only downside was the distance to the beach, but the views from the terrace made up for it

This lodge is so charming! It’s got that rustic vibe with modern comforts, The bedrooms were cozy and the stable windows added a unique touch, We had a blast exploring Texel, especially the nearby village of Oosterend, Just a heads up, bring your own bed linens for the cot if you need it
