Description
This beautiful villa provides truly all the comforts you could want. The interior is not only of very high quality, there are also some atmospheric features such as a gas fireplace and cosy furnishings. On the ground floor, you will also find a lovely sauna with separate shower. The kitchen features basically all the equipment and facilities you need, so you will want for nothing while preparing a delicious meal.
The first floor is divided into two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a bedbox. This makes the villa suitable for 8 persons. The beds are of high quality and the windows are equipped with insect screens.
Of course, the fact that this apartment is location on the water is wonderful. The beautiful pier with furniture and patio heating is also perfect for optimal enjoyment. There is also a bathing ladder, so after a refreshing dip you can climb out of the water in no time.

Ik vond het geweldig om wakker te worden met het geluid van de golven! De locatie is geweldig, op slechts een korte wandeling van Nieuwpoort Beach, De appartement was schoon en comfortabel, waardoor ons verblijf aangenaam was, Zou het zeker aanbevelen!
A comfortable and well-located villa, It was nice to have free parking and fast WiFi, We didn’t spend much time indoors, but the sauna was a great feature after our day trips,
The villa had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation, The spacious living areas made it easy for everyone to gather together, We loved it!
Kettinge II is ideal for families! We were able to easily fit our group of six, and the location was serene, There are great walking paths nearby, and we loved the local eateries,
Simply EVERYTHING!!! The landlady is soooo lovely, we had fresh fruit, juice and beer in the apartment, she explained and showed us everything, including how to get to the old town by bus, the apartment is super tastefully and practically furnished, huge terrace with a fantastic view, up by the pool we were allowed to use the open kitchen and the grill, it was just perfect!ð
The home was very spacious and beautifully decorated, Everything was clean, and we felt right at home, The location was quiet, which made for peaceful nights,
