You can enjoy relaxing walks or bike rides through the Frisian countryside, while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the view of the typical Dutch waterways and farmlands along the way. In the vicinity of Leons you will find several nature reserves, such as the De Alde Feanen National Park and the Frisian Lake District. These areas offer wonderful opportunities for sailing, canoeing, bird watching and enjoying the natural diversity of Friesland.
