Modern, comfortably furnished and wheelchair accessible apartment on the ground floor with a view of the Baltic Sea and the marina. The apartment has a beautiful kitchen-living room with access to the terrace, bathroom with underfloor heating and shower and a double bedroom - please note that there is only access to the bathroom via the bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed with an extra sleeping space, a Blu-ray player, stereo with CD player and a bioethanol fireplace. The surroundings invite for walks in the harbor area and beach trips to the lovely sandy beach, which is in immediate connection with the harbor area. On the nearby isthmus, Bottsand, there is also a magnificent sandy beach. Here you can choose between textile beach and nudist beach. Feel the maritime atmosphere while strolling an evening stroll on the harbor or enjoy the evening atmosphere from your terrace or balcony, if you do not prefer to relax in the living room, while the flames from the bio fireplace spread coziness and holiday atmosphere. close to the water and harbor and view
I'm just saying, total construction site. Right in front of the terrace and around the entire terrace everything is construction site and excavators. From 6:50 a.m. the machines are started and the night is over, great vacation. No sign of recovery. Apart from the fact that you don't have any privacy either, since from 6:50 a.m. to 4 p.m. the construction workers are also walking around in front of the terrace. View only on equipment and machines. For the love of our child, we try to make the best of it and spend the days until the end of the construction site somewhere else. I can't recommend it, actually it shouldn't be rented out until it's finished. Hope we get at least some refund.
