Located in a quiet condominium near the sea, it offers access to a shared terrace with scenic views. The property welcomes one small pet (up to 10 kg) with a nightly fee. Families are prioritized, and groups of young people under 21 are not accepted. The apartment includes air conditioning, heating (seasonal), and internet access. Bed linen is included in the cleaning fee, and check-in is handled conveniently through a local agency.

Situated just 50 meters from Illa Mateua beach and 550 meters from Cala Montgó, this apartment places guests in one of the Costa Brava’s most scenic coastal areas. The region is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with nearby opportunities for hiking, biking, and water sports.
