The residence is at the south of Lake Garda. It is between Sirmione and Peschiera. The resort is just 400 metres from the lake. The complex offers various types of apartments, all comfortably furnished.
There are many excellent facilities to enjoy. These include spacious swimming pools, two of them in the shape of lake Garda, a communal garden, tennis, jeu-de- boules, football, beach volleyball and basket ball. There is also an Olympic swimming pool and a childrens pool. And of course theres a restaurant and bar. There is a 24-hour security service at the complex entrance.
The residence is conveniently near the Milan-Venice motorway. So you can discover not only Lake Garda and its many traditional villages but also enjoy day trips to historic cities such as Verona, Milan, Padua and Venice. The small, attractive town of Peschiera del Garda is only 1.5 km away.

very kindly received. good explanation. accommodation, simple but neat and clean and a beautiful view.
The accommodation is slightly dated. The sofa bed in the living room needs to be replaced. It was impossible to sleep on this with 2 children. Service from the reception is good and friendly. A modernization of the apartment would be desirable. It says that it is 400 meters from the lake, but there is no road to it, so it is necessary to go by car.

Nice environment - very good reception. Very helpful staff at the reception. Nice pools and accommodation. Only the capacity of the fridge was insufficient. Barely cooled and we could keep things very difficult.
Everything was neatly arranged, clean and just apartment, nicely gelegen.We have been there before, and that says enough, and certainly not the last time !!
The address of the complex was difficult to find through my navigation. However, the arrival was most of all. The whole complex looked fantastic with very beautiful in the same style but all different houses and houses. It was a short distance from Lake Garda but unfortunately you could only reach this after a walk of about 1 1/2 km along a busy road or by car outside the city a number of free parking spaces. In summary, it was a good complex we definitely want to go back to. Peschiera is a nice town on the lake from which Verona and Venice are very well accessible by train.
