The popular Weissenhäuser Strand holiday and leisure park is located directly on a 3-kilometer-long sandy beach on the Baltic Sea. Families in particular will find a variety of activities here: The subtropical water park, the adventure jungle land, and a wakeboarding and waterskiing facility ensure year-round fun. From February 16 to June 27, 2025, and September 7, 2025 to March 22, 2026, you have free admission to the subtropical water park (limited to 3 hours per day; for longer use, an additional fee will be charged on site). Whether you stay in one of the holiday homes or an apartment, you always have your own terrace or balcony and are just a few steps from the sea.
The Weissenhäuser Strand holiday and leisure park is surrounded by dunes and natural landscapes and is located near Hohwacht below the island of Fehmarn. The state capital of Kiel is not far away, and the Hanseatic city of Lübeck is also easily accessible from here.
