The University of the Arts, the University of Music, the city park or the Hilmteich/Leechwald recreational area can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the state hospital, the technical university and Graz city centre in 15 minutes. Contactless check-in Instead of keys, there is a combination lock so that nobody has to worry about losing the flat keys. We can therefore check in and out at any time of day or night.
