The holiday apartments are located in a 2006/2007 new build country house with in total four apartments of different size with 2 or 3 rooms for 1-5 persons. The season 2007 is the first rental season. Because of that, the house and the furniture are completely new and valuably. The house is located in the northern part of village Koserow. From the terrace you have a look about the meadows and forest. About a tree existed dune way one reaches within less than 5 minutes to the fine-sandy beach (appr.200m) and to the Baltic Sea landing bridge of Koserow. From there excursion boats circulate during the season for example to the Isle of Ruegen. All purchasing facilities, the local centre, bike rental are nearby (appr. 300m). Distance to playground: appr.100m. To each apartment belongs a lockable, cost free separate bike shed. Parking at the object is available. A roofed wicker beach chair can be reserved upon request. At night you can go to the disco at Ahlbeck or Heringsdorf. You are in the middle of the Iland, so all distances are short. The Iland-Railway is available up to midnight to bring you home.
