The beautiful 3 bedroom holiday home is located in the picturesque village of Manderscheid is in the heart of the beautiful Eifel Volcano area and ideal for small families and group of friends can accommodate 7 persons. There is a garden with a terrace and on request a sauna for you.
The place is perfectly positioned for enjoying day trips through the Eifel, Mosel and Hünsruck areas. The public transport are 100, restaurants are 200 m as well as town centre and supermarkets are 300 m away from the house. Motorway is 5 km away.
In the near surroundings there is a new climbing area.
The house is stylishly furnished. The living room has a flatscreen TV, DVD player and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern necessities. A decorative hallway, furnished bedrooms and a nice balcony.
There is a tabletennis, a barbecue, a sunbathing area and playground equipment. Children's bed and high chair are also available here.

What a fantastic house! Three floors, so a lot of space. Quiet location with a garden where our kids could enjoy themselves (trampoline, swing, soccer field, ping pong table). Only 'disadvantage': if you want to eat outside you have to 'drag' your stuff because the kitchen is on the first floor. But this is the only 'disadvantage'. The owners are very nice. Ideal base for fun trips. The Gemündener Maar is highly recommended. Here you can swim fantastically and rent pedal bikes with a slide on it. Our boys loved it! The nice cities such as Daun, Gerolstein, Cochem and Trier are also about half an hour away. The Penny (supermarket) is a 2-minute drive away, so every morning delicious fresh sandwiches :-). We really liked this house and we recommend it for 200%. If we go back to the Vulkaneifel again, we would like to spend our holiday here again.
The people were nice and the holiday home was great on all fronts. Highly recommended.
