Illuminated car parking spaces are located directly at the house. Use of the car park is of course free of charge. The flat has a size of approx. 47 m² and is fully equipped. As a special feature you have a wonderful view over the Nahe from the balcony. It is situated in a beautiful location directly at the spa gardens of Bad Kreuznach. A Weber barbecue is available and the kitchen has a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. The living/bedroom has a size of approx. 25m². In addition to a flat-screen TV (with satellite connection), free WLAN is of course also included. There is an extensively equipped fitted kitchen. Among other things, the kitchen inventory includes a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (for Senseo pods and filter papers), a kettle, a toaster, etc. In the bathroom, equipped with WC, washbasin and bathtub, our guests also have a hairdryer, hand washing soap and cosmetic tissues at their disposal. We have also thought of the little comforts such as sewing kit, handkerchiefs, a collection of games, woollen blankets for the balcony etc. Of course, we also provide a travel cot and a high chair for our "very young guests". We ask you not to smoke in the entire flat. The balcony is available for this purpose. The flat is in a very central and quiet location in the spa district. The spa gardens, the radon gallery, the thermal baths and the town centre with all its shops are all within walking distance. A sustainable energy supply is very important to us.
