This 5-bedroom holiday home is in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes in Houffalize. You can enjoy the evenings around the hot barbecue on the terrace and linger outdoors until late hours. The home is ideal for a large family of 12 members or 2-3 smaller families staying together.
Houfallize is popular among tourists due to its central location in the Ardennes and VTT mountain bike world cup. Mountain biking, walking, cycling, and hiking in the ancient forest of Ardennes is always a good choice. The home is 0.7 km from the town center, restaurants, and supermarkets. Less than half an hour away, you will find beautiful towns such as Bastogne, La Roche, Vielsalm, and Durbuy.
The holiday home is equipped with central heating. If you love tranquillity and a good book, the private garden offers plenty of space. Children spend hours on the boules' court and play equipment. For recreation, you have table tennis and table football. A pet is allowed for a small fee. Parking is available.

Beautiful house, beautifully maintained. Everything is there. Also nice garden. In other words, one of the best houses we've ever owned. We will definitely go back. Also beautiful surroundings. Made beautiful walks. Houffalize is a very pretty town.
Very large house, very well equipped
Large house with spacious bedrooms, very neat and clean.
Correct reception. An ideal house for 6 adults, 6 children and a baby and located in a beautiful environment.
Alles is vlot verlopen
Beautiful, large and comfortable house with a beautiful (play) garden. A bit unfortunate that the fixed BBQ was demolished and replaced by a much too small stainless steel Barbecook. Compared to last year, we found a new sofa that is not too comfortable. the downstairs room is worn (down is wrapped in spheres); luckily we had ours with us. The TV is also in urgent need of replacement (there is another TV screen) Cooking pots in the kitchen may also be larger ... if one is with 12 people. All in all it is a beautiful house. ..but the furniture is due for replacement / updating.
