This modern holiday home in Quinéville Normandy. There are two bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people. It is ideal for a family to stay in. The house offers amazing sea views and has a garden.
The house is at the central location between the beach, nature and cultural sites! From the house, several excursions are possible. Bikes can even be borrowed. The small center of Quinéville, 800 meters away, includes a baker, a butcher, a small commercial area and the famous Word War II museum. In addition, you have access here to a very pretty, wide sandy beach. The situation is particularly interesting for organizing day trips. Come and discover the history of Normandy in this pleasant and exceptional place!
Two houses have been built on this land of around 5000 m2 which is completely fenced. Each house has 2 apartments. In the superbly planted garden, many small corners invite you to relax while reading a good book, in the sun or in the shade. You can also harvest aromatic herbs in the garden before lighting the BBQ. Passing through the 1st private terrace with barbecue, a staircase leads you to another private terrace enjoying fantastic views. There you will find the entrance to your house. (Re)built in 2019, this house offers a comfortable interior, tastefully decorated and all amenities.
The lovely owners also live on the grounds, but respect your privacy (no eye contact). They will be happy to advise you on the surroundings: walks, special places and restaurants not to be missed. In short: they make sure you have an unforgettable holiday!

Met de familie, tieners en een racefiets, hebben we een ongelooflijke 5-daagse verblijf in villa Quin gehad, Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar met verfrissende drankjes en bloemblaadjes op de treden! Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken met koffiecapsules en capsules voor de vaatwasser! Comfortabele bedden, veel opbergruimte, schoonmaak inbegrepen in de prijs, weelderige tuin, alles is aanwezig voor een perfecte vakantie! Bedankt voor alles en we kijken ernaar uit je weer te zien!
De host was ongelooflijk vriendelijk en gastvrij! De tuin is prachtig, Het appartement is goed uitgerust met een mooi terras dat een prachtig uitzicht biedt, Het gebied is fantastisch met veel om te verkennen, inclusief een nabijgelegen strand en winkels in het dorp, Verschillende supermarkten zijn binnen 15 minuten rijden
L'hôtesse était extrêmement sympathique, toujours prête à aider tout en restant discrète, Elle se souciait de notre confort chaque fois que nous la rencontrions, Accueil vraiment parfait, Superbe vue et à proximité de la plage (2 minutes en voiture), Endroit paisible et agréable ! Logement impeccablement propre et bien équipé
Die Gastfreundschaft von Joanna und Jacques ist außergewöhnlich, Der wunderschöne Garten ist ein wahrer Rückzugsort, komplett eingezäunt für unsere kleinen Hunde, Die Ruhe und die Sonne sind ein echter Pluspunkt
Was für ein fantastischer Ort für einen Familienurlaub! Der Garten war ein kleines Paradies, und wir haben jeden Abend unser Abendessen gegrillt, während wir Wein tranken, Der Blick von der oberen Terrasse war atemberaubend, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang, Wir haben auch Fahrräder ausgeliehen und die Umgebung erkundet, was ein lustiger Bonus war, Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die sich entspannen und die Natur genießen möchten!
Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Vielen Dank!
