The quiet location on the outskirts of the village allows you to spend relaxing hours, while the spacious garden with various seating areas, barbecue facilities and a breathtaking view of the Kaufung Forest invites you to linger.

A true hiking paradise awaits you with almost 200 kilometres of marked hiking trails that invite you to explore the fascinating mountain world of Hesse. There are also numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area, including the glass and ceramics museum, the observation tower in Bilstein, Kassel, Bad Soden, the Werra Meißnerland of the Brothers Grimm and the border museum.
