This apartment with its incredibly hospitable owner is spread over 102 hectares between 370 and 870 meters above sea level, with about 50 acres of forest. At this height you have an overview of the beautiful Ligurian coast and on the opposite hill with binoculars you can see wild mouflons from the terrace!
The simple but fully equipped apartment is located in the forest, on the first floor in the main building, in the unspoilt valleys of the Gromolo River and under the tops of the impressive Roccagrande and Treggin.
The building is located in the middle of two valleys, Torrenti Buggine and Gromolo, under the tops of Roccagrande and the Treggin mountain. In this area you will find the lake Bargone, so for an adventurous and sportive holiday in nature you are in the right place! You can also visit the 5 Terre from this location. A nice day by train or boat.
You can have breakfast and dinner on request. As the owner of the house will do the shopping for you, you must indicate this in advance. You can also use the shared barbecue for a nice dinner outside.
NEWS road works in 2018 !! Important work has been done on the unpaved road towards our structure. The road is much more accessible now, although it is still a naturalistic road. In any case, other than the 4 x 4 cars also other kinds of cars can get to us now.
Walter, the owner, can possibly pick you up at the beginning of the dirt road on request, or he will wait for you at the main house in the center of Valle del Gromolo, at the time of the day indicated in your booking.
If you have to be accompanied or picked up during your stay, Walter will try to help you as much as possible.

Last week we enjoyed the mountain Walter (owner) in an apartment (see photo 's on the site) at Sorgenti del Gromollo. Moments of peace, quiet and enjoyment, but also an experience in itself. A nice reception by the owner on Saturday afternoon with a delicious welcome dinner "in the evening. Walter has given us an explanation on how to use various facilities (the shared kitchen, separating the waste, respect for nature, the drink of the water on top of the mountain and several hiking routes). Too bad, however, he left the mountain Tuesday afternoon and we were the rest of the week only on the hill (along with another couple and family she stayed in the bungalows). Locatie is perfect voor het verkennen van de 5 Terre! De weg is een beetje tricky, maar het voelt anders als je er eenmaal bent, WiFi is ook goed, dus streamen terwijl je in de natuur bent? Ja, graag!
I had such a relaxing time at Belvilla, Walter, the owner, was super helpful, even did some shopping for me when I asked, The place was clean and comfy, plus the shared BBQ made for some great dinners outside under the stars, Perfect for unwinding
