The three-storey holiday house that was built in 2012 is on a plot of land enclosed by a stone wall, in the tranquil little village of Kostelj, near the popular holiday town of Crikvenica. The outdoor area provides a furnished terrace with a barbecue and big parasols and a 24m² swimming pool with a practical outdoor shower and sun loungers. There are three parking spaces on site. The house provides 120m² of living space for ten people. Each floor has an air conditioning unit, one in the living room and one in two of the total of four bedrooms. The ground floor has two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin. Narrow and steep steps lead up to the first floor, which has a big living room-kitchen with a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area, with a comfortable sitting corner with a TV and a sofa bed for two people. On the first floor there is also a second bathroom, also with a washbasin, shower and WC. There is also a balcony. Another spiral staircase takes you up to the attic with two further bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Here there is also a small balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. Wireless Internet access is available in the house. The region is known for its long sandy and pebbled beaches. It is about four to five kilometres to the nearest beach. The holiday town of Crikvenica five kilometres away offers many beautiful sandy beaches, as well as a wide range of sports, culture and entertainment. All around the centre there little discos for those who enjoy nightlife. You should also plan a beautiful boat trip to the neighbouring islands.
