- the location is good, given the price, It took me about 20 minutes to get to the old town, by foot\n- even though the bathroom is shared, there is a sink in the room, which is very helpful\n-it really is a great value for the money\n-the free parking was an important thing for me (the parking is not in the same place as the property, so make sure to ask for instructions beforehand,,,They sent me a ,pdf with instructions and photos,)\n-the owners are very nice and helpful\n-it was a big plus for me that I could go
