Description
This farmhouse, completely renovated in country house style, for a maximum of 15 people is located in Mittersill in Salzburgerland, offers a great view of the mountain panorama of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region from the spacious terrace and is located directly in the KitzSki ski area.
The country house offers a large living/dining area with a modern integrated fully equipped kitchen, on the first floor 4 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite (2 bedrooms have their own balcony), on the second floor 2 further bedrooms (one of them with a balcony). For bikers in summer and ski fans in winter, there is a lockable garage in the adjacent building. The ski and boot room is equipped with a boot dryer. There is also a beautiful garden and you can park right by the house.
The house owner provides guests with a barrier key for the private path to the "Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen". This means you can get to the slopes of the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg - Mittersill (KitzSki) ski area with 234 kilometers of slopes and 57 comfortable lifts quickly and easily, and of course back again!
Mittersill is known for its many activities and central location in summer. The area offers numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities, an 18-hole golf course and several mountain bike trails. You can also explore the area by bike via the Tauern cycle path. The bathing lakes in Niedernsill, Hollersbach and Uttendorf as well as the public swimming pools in Stuhlfelden and Mittersill offer lots of bathing fun in summer!
Directly in Mittersill there are enough shops for your daily needs as well as a wide selection of restaurants.

The pictures online don't promise too much, very nice house with a well-kept outdoor area and a great panoramic view. Everything is there, even to cook for 12 people. Everything is very clean, the landlord is very helpful, nice and always available.
Excellent accommodation with great views! A modern smart house in which we had great relaxation. A lot of things are controlled by automation. We really liked the living kitchen - it has all the equipment you can think of - including tea thermoses, coffee machine for beans and great built in Miele devices. Awesome outdoor seating area with barbecue and automatically operated parasol and 'fountain'. It is impossible to be dissatisfied in this accommodation :-)
The house is really highly recommended. Bruno, the landlord is very nice and we were allowed into the house two hours earlier and the departure time could also be chosen flexibly. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and there is really all the kitchen equipment you know, from a toaster and bread slicer to a fully automatic coffee machine and kettle. Even dishwasher tabs were available. The rooms are all very nice and clean and come complete with linen and towels. You feel like you are in a hotel :-) The large garden is beautiful and has many different seating options and a kettle grill. The area is very beautiful and there are many excursions and various hiking routes nearby. We will come back for sure.
Wonderfully secluded old farmhouse with a dream view, completely renovated and lovingly designed down to the last detail. Large sunny balcony to the south. Access to the ski area is very convenient thanks to the shortcut in just a few minutes from Breitmoos. Landlord helpful at all times. Definitely recommendable!
Huis zeer goed ingericht
Insane house! Very very nice! The view, the equipment, the nice landlord and the location. We spent a wonderful and relaxing time there with friends. Many hiking trails start from the house or in the immediate vicinity and there is also a lot to explore. Everything you need is available in the house and we will definitely be back :-)
