Description
This detached, spacious, luxurious and modern water villa suitable for 8 adults and 4 children is located at Harbor Village, on the Veerse Meer in Arnemuiden. The exclusive villa was built in 2019 and features a jetty and a beautiful interior with modern design and lots of glass.
The accommodation is a short distance from the center where you will find many nice shops and restaurants. The region offers various water sports facilities and a walk or bike ride through the Zeeland landscape is also very worthwhile.
Because the resort is 2 meters above the water level, it is a so-called split-level villa. The entrance opens into the spacious kitchen with all conceivable equipment. You have a combi microwave or a separate oven and microwave. There is also a nice dining table where you can enjoy a meal or a drink. On the mezzanine floor you will find a storage room with washing machine and dryer and a toilet. You reach the living room at water level via an imposing staircase. Here you will find a smart TV and a cozy decorative fireplace. A spacious, partly covered terrace/jetty on the water with dining area guarantees many relaxing hours. On the first floor are comfortable bedrooms with bathroom en suite and walk-in shower. On the second floor you will find 2 more bedrooms, also with 2 double beds (2 linked single beds) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a toilet in one of the bathrooms. You have a beautiful view from all bedrooms. All beds are of the box spring type. Although outdoor life will mainly take place on the terrace, there is also a garden. The entire villa has underfloor heating and there is parking for 3 cars.

Object for handover only roughly cleaned. Rubbish from previous users still in the house and dishwasher not cleared out. No usage/operating instructions available. We only noticed after two days that the side door wasn't locked.
Enjoyed this beautiful holiday home immensely!! Everything is there for a top stay. Quiet, yet within cycling distance of charming villages.

Villaen var rummelig og smukt designet, Den føltes luksuriøs uden at være overdreven pretentiøs, Vi elskede beliggenheden, lige ved vandet, hvilket gjorde det til dejlige aftenstrolturer, Ville bestemt komme tilbage!
Les hôtes étaient très accommodants et s'assuraient que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin, Les équipements de la villa étaient super, surtout la machine à laver, qui était pratique pour notre famille
Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette villa luxueuse, La cuisine était bien équipée et nous avons adoré avoir notre propre espace, Parfait pour une escapade en famille
