As the holiday home is located directly at the end of the paved road, it is ideal for a nice walk or to take the dog for a walk. The holiday home is beautifully situated in the countryside and is the perfect starting point for excursions in and around Schmalkalden. you will receive the key on arrival at house no. 7 next door. The outdoor swimming pool can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The winter sports resort of Oberhof is probably the best known in Thuringia. It actually offers the complete winter sports programme for everyone, from bobsleighing, biathlon, ski jumping and cross-country skiing (also all year round in the largest indoor ski hall in Europe). Many visitors who have been to this idyllic area of Schmalkalden are drawn back again and again. There are numerous and above all attractive excursion destinations in and around Schmalkalden, so that one week is not enough to see everything.
