The ground floor of the house with the spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage room with cloakroom was completely renovated in 2019 and the two bedrooms on the upper floor of the house as well as the guest toilet at the beginning of 2023. The spa center, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are located in the Vicinity. It is only around one kilometer to the harbor, sandy beach and seawater swimming pool. The holiday home is also an ideal starting point for long bike tours along the coast, for example towards Norddeich or to the Sielorten.
