Summer: Hiking and mountain bike tours in all directions. Excursions into the valley, to the national park, to the Engadine or to Italy such as Merano - whatever makes you happy. Winter: Cross-country skiing on the doorstep, or alpine skiing on the Minschuns: the house is on piste 12 (downhill run from the Minschuns ski area). Toboggan run/train about 100 metres in the direction of Lü. Ground floor: parlour made of antique Swiss stone pine wood and traditional wood stove (can be used, but since we have geothermal heating throughout the house since 2023, the stove is practically never used) Kitchen and a double room that can be used as a living room as a new sofa bed for 2 gives the room more flexibility with balcony exit, shower/WC. In winter, the cross-country ski run is right outside the door and the Minschuns descent via Alp Champatsch passes next to the house. So you can ski in/out via the ski bus in Tschierv. Have fun.
