Beautiful and comfortable house on the edge of the small medieval village of Santa Lucia, near Monteggiori, in the hills of Versilia. The sea is only 9 km away, while Pietrasanta, a beautiful village rich in art workshops and exhibitions, is only 8 km away. Lucca and Pisa can be reached in about half an hour by car. The village is situated on a hill facing the Versilia coast and the view from there is enchanting. There is also a restaurant on site. Our house is only 50 metres from the village and has a large terrace (approx. 60 m2) from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire coast. The terrace is also windy, which is why it is very pleasant in summer and when the weather is fine. The house (90 m2) has three floors: Ground floor with living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. First floor with double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Second floor with double room. The view from the bedroom windows is wonderful.
