And don't forget the excellent connections, whether Söll, Ellmau or Kitzbühel. You can get everywhere quickly!
There is a lot of space and as the property is quiet but central, there are all kinds of activities right in front of the door in summer and winter.
Depending on the weather, snow chains or a 4x4 is recommended for the last 50 meters to the property
