This holiday home, which was lovingly and tastefully renovated and refurnished in December 2019, is located in the beautiful northern Eifel above the historic cloth-making town of Monschau. The short distance to the Rursee, the Eifel National Park and the High Fens makes its location a great starting point for beautiful excursions. The terrace, partly covered, behind the house is equipped with garden furniture for 20 people. There are 8 parking spaces at the house, a rarity in Monschau! The historical and touristic town of Monschau is only 1.2 km away on foot. Shopping facilities such as Aldi, DM, Lidl, Real and Kaufland can be reached in the neighbouring village of Imgenbroich in 10 minutes by car. Doctors and a hospital are 6-8 km away in the town of Simmerath.
