This holiday home, which was lovingly and tastefully renovated and refurnished in December 2019, is located in the beautiful northern Eifel above the historic cloth-making town of Monschau. The short distance to the Rursee, the Eifel National Park and the High Fens makes its location a great starting point for beautiful excursions. The terrace, partly covered, behind the house is equipped with garden furniture for 20 people. There are 8 parking spaces at the house, a rarity in Monschau! The house offers plenty of space for 20 people and is therefore perfectly suited and equipped for large groups. There are 8 separate bedrooms: 5 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and 1 quadruple room. The bedrooms are spread over three floors. The bright living and dining area with a view over the meadows to the edge of the forest is furnished with spacious tables and sufficient seating for 20 people. A 1.30 metre TV and a radio with CD player are also set up in the living and dining area. Three further TV sets are located in three bedrooms. The historical and touristic town of Monschau is only 1.2 km away on foot. Shopping facilities such as Aldi, DM, Lidl, Real and Kaufland can be reached in the neighbouring village of Imgenbroich in 10 minutes by car. Doctors and a hospital are 6-8 km away in the town of Simmerath.
