The holiday apartment is located in the heart of Krimml, in a quiet yet central location, with its own parking space. It faces south and offers views of the Krimml Waterfalls and the Hohe Tauern mountain range.
Separate kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Living room with upholstered seating and an additional corner bench. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Two bedrooms. Central heating and hot water are available year-round. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building.
Access to the house is always possible, even in heavy snow.
Winter: The Hochkrimml/Gerlosplatte ski area is part of the Zillertal Arena, as is the Wildkogel ski area. 55 lifts and 139 km of slopes. Free ski bus.
Summer: Outdoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, and mini-golf are located right next to the house.
