This floating house, with two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen, a modern shower room, and a separate toilet, is ideal for 4 to 6 people. The covered bow terrace (15 m²), with its elegant wooden table and six comfortable outdoor armchairs, will be your favorite dining spot – two lounge chairs and a powerful Outdoorchef gas grill are also available here. Things get even cozier on the roof terrace (25 m²), which, with its high-quality lounge furniture, invites you to socialize until after sunset. A gas fireplace in the living room provides coziness on cooler evenings. Separately controlled air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the living room allow each guest to enjoy the perfect temperature in their respective living areas. The bathroom and toilet are equipped with heaters. Pleated blinds or curtains are installed on all windows and doors of the floating house.
